Niki started her career in the traditional path as an associate ad Judge & Priestley and later a Partner and Head of Employment Law at Rosling King LLP in London
In 2014 she co-founded her firm, Howat Avraam (multi-disciplinary law firm, Howat Avraam Solicitors which acts as the trusted legal adviser to companies and individuals by fighting for freedoms, resolving disputes and helping companies and individuals to prosper)
She now focuses on employment law and discrimination along with being a speaker, writer and leader of her own brand
